Cylinder Diary

The cylinder blank is turned and bored to precise dimensions on a lathe. The cylinder head and piston interfaces are carefully machined to ensure optimal compression and sealing needing to withstand 180 PSI of force. The cylinder is honed to achieve a smooth surface finish, essential for efficient operation and longevity of the engine.
